Vincenzo Russi, co-Founder and CEO of the Company, declared: «The new Board of Directors of e-Novia is the expression of cohesive and collaborative Shareholders, who share the strategic guidelines and the commitment to support the Company’s industrial plan. The Shareholders who have accompanied us up to now have recently been joined by international groups, leaders in their respective reference sectors, which complement the team of partners. Among these, following the conversion of the bond loan, Shimano, leader in components for sustainable mobility, ST Microelectronics, leader in semiconductor technologies for energy, mobility, connectivity and industry, and Agrati, historic manufacturing company leader in precision mechanical solutions for the automotive, industrial, commercial vehicles and distribution sectors. The adherence of the Shareholders to the strategic plan will guarantee the stability and support necessary to achieve the objectives.
The Board that took office today confirms the qualities, skills and experience necessary for the development and governance of the Company, enriching its capital with professionalism and relationships. The entrepreneurial and industrial experiences of the new President Giuseppe Natale are of particular importance for the growth of the Group in the international production areas which will have to support the increasingly complex demands of the markets».
Vincenzo Russi continues: «I would like to thank on behalf of myself and the co-founders, Cristiano Spelta and Ivo Boniolo, the President Michele Scannavini for his constant and precious contribution and for always motivating us to achieve results despite the complex conditions that have characterized markets in recent years. The authoritative role played up to now by Sandrino Catani, as chairman of the Remuneration Committee, has helped us build the incentive and retention platform suitable for our industry and for the modern and changing labor market which has recently shown unprecedented dynamism. Lastly, Raffaele Jerusalmi who, with his experience on international financial markets, has carried out a significant support action in the recent listing process.
I hope to continue having the privilege of their presence, as well as of all those who have participated in the e-Novia project over the years, because e-Novia is a company open to all contributions that will make it grow in a context of continual and rapid evolution».
