Strengthening international collaboration in innovation

e-Novia had the pleasure of welcoming the MBA class from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), one of South Africa’s leading business schools, to its headquarters in Milan.

During the visit, the students explored the e-Novia ecosystem, gaining insights into how Physical AI technologies evolve from research to real-world solutions for both established companies and emerging startups.

The session was led by Federico Lorenzo Moro, Head of e-Novia Venture Studio, who illustrated how, over the years, the Group has contributed to developing and implementing innovations across multiple industries, including robotics, automation and intelligent devices.

Bridging academia and entrepreneurship

This initiative was made possible thanks to the collaboration with Dr. Ubochioma Udo Osuigwe, Senior Lecturer at GIBS Business School, whose commitment to promoting international learning experiences was instrumental to the success of the visit.

The students actively participated in the discussion, sharing reflections on entrepreneurship, management education, and global innovation networks.

Occasions like this reinforce the importance of international cooperation in fostering a culture of innovation that connects universities, startups, and industries within a single global network.

Conclusion

Through these exchanges, e-Novia continues to foster international connections that strengthen innovation ecosystems and inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs.

👉 At e-Novia, we combine Physical AI and engineering to design intelligent systems that enhance the way people, machines, and environments interact.
