Full satisfaction with the quality of the entire organisation, regarding both technical and administrative aspects of quality management. These are the results of the three-day visit by inspectors who renewed e-Novia’s ISO 9001 certification for the next three years. The quality management system “supports the management of risks, the standardisation of processes and the ensuring of resources for the improvement of processes based on a context of continuous evolution”. The audits carried out tested the efficiency of the management at e-Novia.

International Organization for Standardization

ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management systems, published by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Each system is made up of documents that describe company processes, procedures and policies, which together define the internal rules with which the company provides products or services to its clients. ISO 9001 is part of an internationally recognised regulatory standard. The audit is divided into several sections and analyses, among other things, leadership, organisational context and operations, planning, performance and provision for improvement.
